FAGOWEE ELECTIONS

Its that time of year again when we select the future leaders of our club.   We will be electing a president and vice president, both for one-year terms, and three board members, each to be selected for two-year terms.  To be eligible for office, a member must be a member in good standing, at least 21 years of age, a member for the 12 months immediately prior to the election and a member for a total of at least 18 months.   We will accept nominations at both the March and April meetings.  Please keep in mind that Ty Williamson, Jim Starr, and Marc Vignerot were elected last year for two-year terms on the board.  Therefore, they should not be nominated for the board this year.  They may, of course, be nominated for President or Vice President.

As usual voting will be by secret ballot of all voting members present at the meeting or by absentee ballot.  Any member not able to attend the May 4th election may vote by absentee ballot.  However, we must receive requests for absentee ballot either by mail or by E-mail on or before April 6, 2010.
