This year the party event of the summer is moving to the heart of Rehoboth Beach. We are taking over the entire Avenue II Motel, located a 1.5 blocks from the Boardwalk and 75 yards from the famous Avenue Inn and Day Spa Hotel. Enjoy $5.00 off coupons for breakfast at Sammy’s Restaurant, complimentary wine and cheese served in the lobby from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m., and fresh baked cookies are served at 8 p.m. Beach chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Spacious rooms with a King size or two Queen size beds plus a Queen size sofa bed, 2 Television Sets, a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee pot. There is one reserved parking spot per room, extra motorcycle parking, no pets and no smoking in rooms. Welcome Party and Saturday night dinner are included.
