BLUE KNOB SPRING FROLIC

This is Dutch, your Spring Frolic leader, and let me tell you NOW, hide your legal-age daughters and children, hide the key to the liquor cabinet.  Cleveland is coming and they are suave and drink anything!  Our job in the DC Branch is to try and keep up.  The Cleveland busload will stay at the Relax Inn.  Same for Washington, with the Shawnee Inn, Best Western and Hampton Inn handling the overflow.  Weekend price, which includes tax and tips are:

FRIDAY:  Party at the Fireside, with two free beers.  Cleveland will probably be in transit.  Eat off of the menus. 

 

SATURDAY:    

10 AM Fagowee Race – NASTAR (two runs).  NASTAR and Fagowee Medals - $5.00

NOON Lunch in lodge.  Included price in package.  Your host:  Dutch with a helper or two.

5:30 to 6:00 PM Bus from your motel to Fireside.

7:00 – 8:00  PM Buffet Dinner (includes four 16 oz. beers and wine.)

9:00 to ???   Mr. Legs, Ms. Legs, Chugging, Dance Contest, Mr. Buns, Dance, party, 50/50 and

awarding of medals and trophies.

 

BUFFET DINNER WILL INCLUDE:  Vegetable platter, potato salad, macaroni salad, fried chicken, Salisbury steak, fried fish and baked fish.  Also pies:  Boston Crème, Coconut, Lemon, Pumpkin, Pecan, Apple, Cherry.  In addition to the chits you have already received for four beers, sodas, coffee and tea for the evening.
